Returns and Refunds

                                                                

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Extended returns may apply during the holiday season.

Condition: Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags intact.

Return Authorization: Returns require a return authorization from Torino Leather Company, which can be obtained via email or phone.

Processing Time: Allow up to two weeks for return processing.

Return Shipping Costs: Customer pays return shipping unless the item was shipped incorrectly.

Restocking Fees: Returns of worn items or items without original tags are subject to a restocking fee.

Damaged Merchandise: Items damaged due to manufacturer defects can be returned, but an authorization is required.
 

Packaging Instructions:

 

 

 

Belts: Coil loosely with top leather on the outside and package in tissue or plastic inside the box.
Wallets: Return with original box and bag.
Bracelets: Return in a plastic or fabric bag inside the shipping box
 

Condition for Belts: Belts bent in half or banded with rubber bands will only be credited at a closeout price of $15.

Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original credit card on the same day the return is processed.
