Torino Leather Company offers FREE 2Day shipping on all U.S. orders Monday - Friday. Shipping times vary from 2-3 business days depending on location.  Overnight shipping services are available if ordered before 1pm CST at the following cost:

  • FREE 2 Day
  • $55 for overnight Next Business Day - Mon-Fri Delivery only.   (Please refer to FEDEX/UPS for Overnight delivery information.  FEDEX/UPS do not consider Saturday / Sunday as standard overnight delivery days.  Overnight delivery is for Mon-Fri delivery days only).

Please note that orders over $300 are sent via SIGNATURE REQUIRED.

Shipping to Canada may require additional postage. The rates listed above do not apply to Canadian shipments.

Torino recommends you order one size up from your pant size. Fabric belts with elastic stretch and no defined buckling holes, may be the only exception to this rule.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been shipped.  Once an item is shipped the terms of our Returns policy will take effect. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on any canceled orders.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase. (We understand that during the holiday season we will need to increase this time limit). Items must be in new, original condition and have a return authorization number provided by Torino Leather Company. Please allow two weeks to process your return. Return freight charges on returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility, unless the original shipment was processed incorrectly.

Returns of damaged merchandise must be due to a manufacturers defect and not from normal wear and tear.   A return authorization must be obtained from Torino Leather Company. Return authorizations can be obtained via email or telephone communication with Torino concerning the return, exchange or damage issue.

Refunds & Exchanges

Your refund will be the full purchase price of the item (up to and including freight costs, if return is due to our error). We are glad to assist you in exchanging the item. Please email or call us at (504) 738-3480 if you would like assistance.

Return/Exchange of Clearance or On-Sale Items
Returns /Exchanges: All clearance/on-sale merchandise may be returned or exchanged for any item of equal or lesser value.

In the event that a Torino Leather Company product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Torino Leather Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Torino Leather Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Torino Leather Company shall issue a full refund to your credit card account.
