Returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery. (We understand that during the holiday season we will need to increase this time limit). Items must be in new, original and unworn condition, with tags still intact, and have a return authorization provided by Torino Leather Company.   Please allow two weeks to process your return. Return freight charges on returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility, unless the original shipment was processed incorrectly.  

Items returned worn or without original tags will be subject to a restocking fee.  

Returns of damaged merchandise must be due to a manufacturers defect and a return authorization must be obtained from Torino Leather Company. Return authorizations can be obtained via email or telephone communication with Torino concerning the return, exchange or damage issue.

***Please package your Return to Torino in the same manner you received the product.  Belt should be coiled loosely with the top leather to the outside of the coil.  Please put the belt in tissue or plastic packaging inside the box to prevent scuffs from the box during shipment.  Wallet items should be returned with the box and bag that they were shipped with.  Bracelets should be returned in a plastic or fabric bag inside the shipping box to prevent damage during shipment.***

Belts returned bent in half or banded with rubber bands cannot be credited in full, as they are no longer 1st quality stock. We can only credit these at a closeout price.   

Refunds are issued to the original credit card used for the original purchase on the same day that the Return item is processed.
